How to make flour
1.) Purchase Wheat
2.) Milling - Grind the wheat using a mill. A mill can be either electric or hand cranked. Once the wheat is milled it will be in the form of a fine powder. This wheat powder is the flour.
3.) Sift the wheat to remove the whole grains. This step is optional if you prefer finely grounded flour.
4.) Store the flour in a cool, dark and dry place. Remember this is organic flour which contains no preservatives and it will spoil faster. The finer the flour the faster it will spoil. If the flour is left more course it will stay fresher longer. A good storage for your flour is to place in a air tight container and will stay fresh for two or three months.
